(Wednesday November 21st) Happy Thanksgiving! - Phone Support Hours
To allow the NetFronts Staff to spend the hollidays with their families, our phone support will be closed tomorrow and limited on Friday November 23rd.

     Thursday, November 22nd: Closed
     Friday, November 23rd: 12 PM - 4 PM (EST)

During hours when phone support is not available, you can still have your problems resolved through the trouble ticket system and emergencies handled by sending an email to emergency@netfronts.com

(Tuesday October 12th) Domain Registry of America Scam Alert!!
We have mentioned this before, but it seems they are at it again in full force. Many customers are receiving Postal Mail letters from "Domain Registry of America" regarding their domain registrations. The letter is very misleading and makes it sound like your domain registration is done by them, it will include something like: "You must renew your domain name to retain exclusive rights to it on the Web." While this is technically true it is very misleading, and very unethical. If you receive a notice from them do not pay them money, you will have a difficult if not nearly impossible task of getting it back.

(Friday September 17th) Windows Server Issue
There is an issue on some Windows accounts that is forcing the server to run a disk scan. The full scan should be completed at about 1:35pm (Eastern), all sites experiencing issues should start coming back online then. We will post an update here as we get closer and have more information.

*Update* All Windows servers should be up with the expeption of Win3 which will be coming back online shortly.

(Wednesday October 29th) Warning - Enom Phishing Alert!
We have received several reports of phishing scam emails that appear to be coming from our domain name registration partner Enom.com. The emails warn of a complaint for invalid whois information and ask the user to login. The link that the email directs you to site that looks like Enom but in reality is not a valid Enom domain name. The site is likely harvesting user names and passwords to access legitimate Enom accounts.

Please disregard the email as Enom is already aware of the issue.

If you have already received the email and submitted your information, please contact us immediately.

(Thurs Aug 30, 2007) New equipment for us, more resources for you!
