(Sunday July 24th) Pioneer Day
Netfronts Support Will be closed on Sunday July 24th for Pioneer Day, a local holiday. We will resume normal support on Monday. If you need help please e-mail us at support@netfronts.com and we can answer your questions from there.

(Friday July 22nd) Power reset
The data center had a circuit tripped that cycled power to the router, there was a brief outage affecting all sites.

(Tuesday July 19th) Server Upgrades
We have successfully upgraded several servers to the Dual Opteron SunFire v20z platform. We've also added 50GB more space to the mailserver and upgraded the software versions of the various components. SPF and SRS anti-spam support have been added and will be included with your domain (DNS) record by the end of July.

(Monday July 18th) MySQL Issue
You may be experiencing issues connecting to your MySQL database, these issues should be resolved shortly.

(Monday July 18th) Duplicate Emails
This weekend an upgrade was performed on the NetFronts mail servers to allow for compliance with the SPF and domain keys anti-spam standards being enforced by Microsoft and other ISPs. You may have duplicate email messages in your email boxes because of this upgrade and the resynchronization of the servers. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause you. The upgrade is designed to ensure no mail is lost, and we error on the side of duplication when there is any question.

(Saturday July 16th) Network Maintenance
The server/network maintenance has begun, updates will be posted here, check back for further information.
Update: The upgrades to the Control Panel, DNS servers, and MySQL went smoothly. Next up are some Network and Web server upgrades.

(Monday July 4th) No Phone Support - Have a great 4th!
To allow the NetFronts Staff to spend the holliday with their families the Support Department will be limited to trouble tickets and emergencies (emergency@netfronts.com). Have a fabulous Independence Day!

(Monday June 27th) Port 25 blocking sendmail
Many major ISP's are blocking port 25 which is the sendmail port. If you are having problems sending mail please check this list to see if your ISP is one of the companies doing the blocking. This is a list of the major ISP's, there are also many smaller ones using the block as well, the list can be found here. There are also some tips to help you resolve the issue.
